Is Evaara free?
Yes. Evaara is free to download and use, on Android and on the web, with no ads.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not in the App Store yet. On iPhone, open evaarahealth.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Evaara then opens full screen from your home screen like any other app.
How does Evaara predict my next period?
It averages the length of your last 3 to 6 cycles and counts forward from the day your last period started. Predictions get sharper as you log more cycles, and the app tells you how confident it is.
Does it show ovulation and my fertile window?
Yes. Evaara estimates ovulation about 14 days before your next expected period and marks the five days before it, plus the day after, as your fertile window. These are estimates, so please do not use them as contraception.
What is PMOS, and what does the self-check do?
PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) is the new name for PCOS. Evaara's short self-check asks about your periods and visible signs like acne and excess hair, then tells you whether it is worth seeing a doctor. It is a screening, not a diagnosis.
Does Evaara work in Hindi?
Yes. Choose English or Hindi when you sign up, and switch any time from your profile.
Can I use it if I am pregnant, trying to conceive or in menopause?
Yes. Pick the journey that fits: tracking your cycle, trying to conceive, pregnancy and new motherhood, menopause, or general wellness. Evaara changes what it shows to match, and stops predicting periods where they do not apply.
Who can see my data?
Your tracking data is visible only to you. Evaara does not sell your health data, does not share it with advertisers, and never gives it to insurers. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time by writing to evaara.app@gmail.com.
